Zesty Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing Recipe

Ever get tired of the same old salads?  Here’s the secret:  a game-changing dressing that turns fresh greens into a crave-worthy, flavor-packed masterpiece.

This Week’s Recipe:  Zesty Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing

It’s a LifePonic staff favorite, and trust us — you’re going to love it!

Ingredients:

  • ¼ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ½ – 3/4 Cup Olive Oil (more oil for milder dressing, can use some Avocado Oil to also lighten up the flavor)
  • 1 tbsp mustard (honey Dijon, whole grain, spicy brown or Dijon)
  • ¼ tsp mixed seasoning such as Italian or Dash (as desired)
  • 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • ½ tbsp mayonnaise (if you want it a little more creamy and milder)
  • A dash of salt & pepper, if desire

Pro Tip: Let the dressing meld for a few hours before refrigerating.  For best results, bring it to room temperature before serving — so the oils blend beautifully.

Finally, toss chopped greens with approximately 2 Tbsp of dressing per person in a large bowl. Place salad onto plate and add toppings, as desired. Add 1-2 hard-boiled egg(s), sliced, if desired.
