  • All LifePonic Tower solutions come with a lifetime warranty for proprietary LifePonic injection molded tower parts that include the pod clusters, baskets, basket caps, fill caps and tower ports.
  • LifePonic Solutions will handle all manufacturer 5-year warranty on pumps on your behalf, providing a no-hassle replacement process.
  • LifePonic Solutions will replace any water level indicator or TDS meter within 2 years following purchase as long as the product has not been visibly damaged.
  • LifePonic Solutions offers a five-year warranty on any of the tanks used in the LifePonic products.
  • LifePonic Solutions offers a five-year warranty on the 24” light in the germination package. We offer a one-year warranty on the Standard lights that come with the Mini-Tower. Damaged lights from misuse will not be replaced or refunded.

I purchased a LifePonic Solutions plant tower a handful of months ago. Hoping I could maybe grow something (I don’t have a green thumb). My goal was to have different types of lettuces that were organic, fresh and highly-nutritious. What I couldn’t believe was how easy the process was, the huge volume of lettuce the tower produced and how wonderful it tasted.

The setup was fast with easy-to-follow written instructions and photos to walk through every step of the process. If you do have a question they provide excellent customer service.

We are pleased with the yield we’ve consistently harvested in the past seven months. We enjoy having fresh, healthy, organic greens to eat daily. We also started some other vegetable seeds in the seed tray and transplanted them outside to give our outside garden a healthy head start.

I have spent thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours working to improve my garden over the past several decades. Gardening in Colorado is hard work and takes a lot of time for a short grow season and hoping all summer that the hail does not destroy the garden. We bought our single tower a few months ago. The LifePonic tower garden is the easiest way to grow an abundance of fresh greens. We started the seeds from under the lights and transported them to the “tree” where they grew rapidly. We are on our fifth cutting and they are still growing. The instruction manual is very well written and easy to follow.

Thank you so much for making these growing systems. These towers are amazing. They are the greatest amount of food from the least floor space and the least effort. Just add some water and minerals every few days and you get the best, freshest, spinach and lettuce you ever had. Timers control the pump and the lights, and the gauge tells you when you need to add water. Too easy. And you can do it all year long, in the comfort of your own home, with no dirt, no bugs, and no varmints stealing your produce.
