Delicious Red Wine Dressing Recipe

This Week’s Recipe: Delicious Red Wine Dressing

It’s another LifePonic staff favorite, and trust us — you’re going to love it!

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Red-wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • Avocado, sliced
  • Feta cheese, crumbled
  • Olives, any kind
  • Cucumbers
  • Red Onion, sliced

Pro Tip: Let the dressing meld for a few hours before refrigerating. For best results, bring it to room temperature before serving — so the oils blend beautifully.

In a large bowl, toss chopped greens (3 oz or 1 1/4 cups chopped) with approximately 2 tbsp of dressing per person. Place salad onto plate and add toppings, as desired (see our Nuts & Seeds Mix here).

Add 1-2 hard-boiled egg(s), sliced, if desired.
