We offer five different LifePonic Tower Garden Solutions to suit families of all sizes and budgets. Here's a quick guide to help you choose the right one for you:
1. Mini Tower Solution
Perfect for those who consume less than 16 ounces of greens per week or for RV campers and full-time van lifers. This compact solution provides fresh greens even when you're on the road or camping.
2. Single Tower Solution
Ideal for families who eat one large tub (16 ounces) of greens per week. This is a great starting point for those looking to eat more fresh greens without overcommitting.
3. Multiple Tower Solutions (2-4 Towers)
For families that eat more greens and want to grow extra for sharing or future needs. Many of our customers opt for larger solutions to ramp up production when needed, especially as fresh greens become more important for health.
Why Choose LifePonic Tower Gardens?
The taste and nutrition of fresh, homegrown greens are unmatched, and our customers often find themselves craving more! Plus, growing your own greens has significant health benefits. One customer even saw improvements in their digestive health after incorporating daily greens into their diet, as recommended by their doctor.
Flexible Growth Control
With LifePonic Towers, you can adjust the amount of water and light your plants receive, giving you control over how much greens you grow. Want more around the holidays? Just increase the water and light. Heading out of town? Reduce the light and water to conserve.
Looking Ahead
We’re developing an automated watering system and app that will offer even more control over your Tower’s growth in the future.

Medical Doctor Weighs in on Fresh Hydroponic Greens
We are so excited to bring you this week’s LifePonic News! This is more than just a newsletter — it’s your blueprint to achieving food security independence, and freedom with our revolutionary vertical hydroponic tower gardens.
This week, we want to introduce you to Dr. Christie McGrath, a new LifePonic Solutions member.
With over 35 years of medical experience, Dr. McGrath has become acutely aware that most reactions to foods are no longer due to food allergy, but are adverse reactions to food additives (eg, dyes, preservatives, soaps used to ‘wash’, etc), to contaminants in the water or soil (eg, microplastics, PFAS ‘Forever chemicals,’ etc) or to chemicals routinely applied to over 80% of American agricultural industrial food crops (eg, herbicides, pesticides, etc).
As a result, Dr. McGrath has been diving head first into promoting healthy food as part of the protocols and education for her patients to achieve top health. When we met, we were thrilled to find someone, like ourselves, passionate about the concept of “food is medicine“.
Recently Dr. McGrath purchased our Four-Tower Solution for her clinic. The staff are now enjoying fresh nutritious greens for lunch daily. Dr. McGrath will be a contributor frequently on this newsletter giving you tips to healthy foods and a deeper understand of how foods impact your gut, your immune system, your brain and your life.
Meet Dr. Christie
Dr. McGrath is passionate about helping her patients to live and perform without being limited by their allergies or asthma.
She received her BA as an Echols Scholar at the University of Virginia. She earned her medical degree from Emory in 1988, and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Wilford Hall in 1991. She practiced Internal Medicine and Flight Medicine in the U. S. Air Force and completed her Allergy and Immunology fellowship at Wilford Hall in 1997. Dr. McGrath is board certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. She has a special interest in herbal medicine.
In her free time, Dr. McGrath enjoys wildcrafting medicinal herbs, collecting various plants and pollen, biking, sea kayaking, and rockhounding with her husband John and four beautiful daughters.
Let’s Build a Healthier Future Together
“I’ve been practicing medicine for over 35 years, wondering why patients are getting sicker and more depressed despite the amazing new technologies we have available. I think most of it is due to the food and water we are putting into our bodies.
My friend, Kris Storey, told me about Michael Enos’ latest invention; I immediately went over to his lab to check it out. I was thrilled to meet Michael Enos, who is not only passionate about the concept of “let food be thy medicine,” but also offers a real ‘Solution’!
Part of my job as an allergist is to investigate whether reactions to foods are due to a true food allergy or not, so often I have to evaluate every ingredient in the food ingested prior to the reaction. It’s appalling what we are (often unknowingly) putting onto our bodies: additives such as ferrous cyanide, bleach, dyes, preservatives; contaminants in the water or soil such as microplastics, PFAS ‘Forever chemicals; herbicides and pesticides routinely used to produce over 80% of the foods Americans eat.
I’m thinking of one case where a patient was reacting after eating organic salad greens. It took a while, but finally, we figured out that she was reacting to the soap they use to wash the leaves!”
I look forward to sharing my knowledge and experience with the LifePonic community and will be a contributor to the member blog area giving you tips to healthy foods and a deeper understanding of how foods impact your gut, your immune system, your brain and your life.”
