Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds

1. Arrangements for any refunds must be made in advance by contacting us at support@lifeponic-solutons.com. DO NOT simply return LifePonic boxes or parts as that will slow down the process of any potential refund.
2. All shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer returning LifePonic products.
3. We offer an unconditional full refund less a $50.00 handling and restocking fee on any LifePonic Solution products within 90 days of receipt of LifePonic products if unused and in the original boxes.
4. We offer an unconditional full refund on any parts purchased through our members only website area less a $20 handling and restocking fee within 90 days of receipt of receipt of LifePonic products if unused and in the original boxes.
5. We offer an unconditional full refund on any LifePonic Solutions within 60 days of receipt of LifePonic products if unused, but not in original boxes. We have full right to discount the refund if any parts are damaged. We can supply boxes if needed.
6. The full unconditional refund only applies to a complete solution that was purchased. We sell complete hydroponic solutions and offer a full and unconditional refund on the entirety of the product purchased as a complete hydroponic solution.

Warranty

Our warranties do not cover any damage to property or injury to persons from the use of LifePonic Solutions products or services. In particular, water damage from leaking tanks or spills or overflows of water. LifePonic Solutions recommends customers provide a spill tray under their tanks and conduct proper root care (trimming) to prevent the tower system from becoming clogged resulting is water leaks outside the tower system. This warranty policy does not supersede the LifePonic Solutions Terms of Service disclaimers of warranties and limitation of liabilities agreed upon when purchasing a LifePonic Solutions product.

1. The LifePonic Solutions warranty is limited to the condition that LifePonic Solutions is an ongoing business and under the current ownership. We have no intent to sell LifePonic Solutions but to eventually place all assets into a trust or other entity for the long-term survival of this company. However, should new owners take an interest in LifePonic Solutions, either partially or fully, the warranty may change. You will be notified of such an acquisition or change in ownership that may potentially impact our warranties.
2. We offer a life-time warranty on all injection molded parts that include, but not limited to the pod clusters, baskets, basket caps, fill caps, and tower ports.
3. LifePonic Solutions will handle any warranty related issues for the SP-200 and Mag- Drive Model 2 and 3 pumps according to the manufacture warranty shown below.
   

   LIMITED WARRANTY
   E.G. Danner Mfg. Inc. will repair or replace any pump found to be defective as follows: Pump body, cover and filter and accessories within five years of original purchase. Impeller and internal moving parts within one year of original purchase. This warranty does not cover any replaceable filtering material supplied with the pump or filter as it is considered expendable. Damaging, cutting or altering power cord, removing or defacing product labels voids any warranty consideration. For warranty repair return only the part that is defective to our factory. Please include a dated proof of purchase. Damages or injuries resulting from negligence or misuse of the product are not covered by warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary from state to state.

4. LifePonic Solutions will replace any light screen, water level indicator, TDS meter within 2 years following purchase as long as the product has not been visibly damaged. Photo documentation is requested for full replacement.
5. LifePonic Solutions offers a five-year warranty on any of the tanks used in the LifePonic products.
6. LifePonic Solutions offers a five-year warranty on any Premium lights. This also include the 24” light in the germination package. LifePonic Solutions is pleased to extend the manufacturer warranty of the Premium lights of one year to five years because we believe in the value of the Premium lights in providing you, our valued customer, a high quality premium product that will help you become Healthy, Prepared, and Free. Damaged lights from misuse will not be replaced or refunded.
7. LifePonic Solutions offers a one-year warranty on any Standard lights. Damaged lights from misuse will not be replaced or refunded.
